Diabetic Retinopathy is one of the leading cause of blindness in working-age adults in the United States. We will discuss your glucose control, and come up with ways to prevent the effect of diabetes on your ocular health, as well as your vision. We will discuss what to look for and why your eyes are exquisitely sensitive to diabetes.
Diabetic eye evaluations end with a report sent by Dr. Rubinstein to your Primary Care Provider, Endocrinologist or other Health Care Provider that you would like with information about your ocular status and recommendations for improvement.
